Full/Short Papers
Authors should prepare a presentation of 25 minutes for Full Papers and 20 minutes for Short Papers (note that the presentation time has been updated). In addition to the presentation time, a 5-minute Q&A session will follow. A Powerpoint Slide Template for the conference is available [here]. Note that it is optional to use the template.
Posters & Demos
Poster authors should prepare an actual poster in PORTRAIT orientation (height > width) of A0 or A1 dimensions. An optional Powerpoint Poster Template for the conference is available [here]. The style is optional; you are free to use your own style for posters.
Please note that authors are expected to print and bring along their posters; this will not be done by the conference. By each poster setup there will also be a high table for placing a laptop if you want to. On the afternoon of Day 2 (4th Dec), there will be a Fast Forward Session
for all Posters and Demos, where authors of posters or demos will be given
TWO MINUTES to present their poster or demo. The purpose of this quick-fire round of presentations is to encourage attendees to come and have a more in-depth look at your poster/demo during the Posters & Demos Session that follows. You are welcome to use slides for your Fast Forward presentation, and if you choose to use these, please email them to majed.elwardy@bth.se
by the 2nd of December at the latest in .ppt-format.
Poster Setup
Poster setup locations will be set up from 9:00am Weds 3rd, in the main conference room, Multisalen at BTH. You are welcome to put up your posters at any stage when it is convenient for you, but please ensure your poster is put up at the latest by end of lunchtime on Thurs 4th December, and that you are standing beside your poster during the Posters & Demos session later on this day. Please refer to the poster/demo numbers (1-10) as on the conference programme webpage (to appear) to find your allocated space (a number will be posted on the boards).
