ICAT-EGVE 2025, the joint 35th International Conference on Artificial Reality and Telexistence & the 30th Eurographics Symposium on Virtual Environments, will be hosted at Blekinge Institute of Technology in December 2025.


About

ICAT-EGVE is a merger of the International Conference on Artificial Reality and Telexistence (ICAT) and the Eurographics Symposium on Virtual Environments (EGVE). Together, these are two of the oldest international conferences in the world on Artificial Reality and Virtual Environments.

The conference, which will be held wholly in-person this year, features a technical program of papers, keynote talks, posters and demos on topics including but not limited to Virtual Environments, Telexistence, the Metaverse and Virtual Social Interactions in VR/AR/MR/XR.   • 07/03/2025: ICAT-EGVE 2025 has approval from the Computers & Graphics journal to create a Special Section from a few invited extended best papers from the conference
  • 05/03/2025: Call for Papers and Call for Posters / Demos have been announced
  • 03/12/2024: Announcement that Blekinge Institute of Technology will host ICAT-EGVE in December 2025
