Associate Professor and HINTS researcher Abbas Cheddad has been appointed as an Associate Editor for Pattern Recognition Letters, Elsevier – An official publication of the International Association for Pattern Recognition.
Dr. Prashant Goswami is serving on the technical program committee of 3 conferences in 2023: IEEE games, entertainment, media (GEM) conference 2023, Smart Tools & Applications (STAG) conference, Italian Chapter on Eurographics, 2023, VISUAL IARIA, Eighth International Conference on Applications and Systems of Visual Paradigms, 2023 conference.
The 35th Swedish Artificial Intelligence Society (SAIS'23) annual workshop is currently taking place in Karlskona, Sweden (12-13th June), and our own HINTS paper “HINTS: Human Centered Intelligent Realities” was presented at it. HINTS researcher and now Dr. Viktor Kelkkanen publicly defended his PhD at the Department of Computer Science, Blekinge Institute of Technology on 8th May 2023. BTH has recently arranged a kick-off in the profile project Human-Centered Intelligent Realities. During two days, BTH and companies met to discuss the various themes and subprojects included in the project. Last year, BTH received the gratifying news that the KK Foundation is investing funds for a new research project in Computer Science at BTH. [...]
